Our client โ Ari Taublieb, CFPยฎ, known online as Early Retirement Ari โ came to us needing a serious volume of content, and needing it fast. The brief: capture enough conversational, personality-driven video to fuel his social channels for weeks, in a single production day.
Volume With Variety
Instead of shooting one format 130 times, we built out 4-5 distinct content styles and rotated through them across the day โ a podcast-style segment, a game format, a parody riff on a familiar show, and a few other conversational formats built specifically to keep the feed feeling varied rather than repetitive. Each format got its own setup, tone, and pacing, so the finished content doesn't read as one long session cut into pieces โ it reads like a real content library.
One Crew, One Day, 130 Reels
The entire shoot โ all formats, all setups, all ~130 clips โ was completed by our team in a single 10-hour shift. That kind of output only works with tight planning ahead of time: knowing exactly which format goes where in the schedule, minimizing reset time between setups, and keeping energy and performance consistent from the first clip to the last.
Why This Approach Works
For a creator like Ari, whose whole brand is built on making complex financial planning approachable, content variety matters as much as volume. Different formats reach different audiences and keep long-time followers engaged instead of watching the same setup on repeat. A single, well-planned production day can realistically cover a creator's content needs for a month or more.
